Unlike other background screening platforms, Sphere doesn’t require a U.S. Social Security Number to get started — instead, our portal can be configured to request the National ID Number or to request no ID at all. And although we maintain data centers in the U.S. and the EU, Sphere technology makes it portable and enables us to easily house data in other countries, as requested, removing data residency restrictions as a barrier to your business.

Andy Hellman, Managing Director, International & Strategic Initiatives, built three previous global screening operations at major firms. Andy spearheaded the development of Sphere, ClearStar’s global screening platform built from the ground up to be simple and intuitive while also being multi-lingual, multi-currency, and multi-locational. When ordering services, you will be told precisely which information and documents are required down to the local level.
