Help us shape the background screening industry.

Mission Statement

ClearStar is a leader in background and medical screening technology, developing innovative products that have helped companies hire smarter for more than 25 years. The company has expanded quickly in size and capability, and you can be a part of it.

Life at ClearStar

ClearStar features an innovative and collaborative environment where our team feels both challenged and supported. We move at the speed of technology and are constantly expanding our capabilities through training, certifications, and, most of all, learning from each other. Our open-concept office design makes it easier to connect with others, not only through work but play as well. Our office features a fully stocked break room, ping-pong and arcade games, and quiet rooms when you need to pause and catch your breath. The result is an experience that employees find rewarding in more ways than one.

Benefits

As a company that works with employers on how to make their companies safe and successful, we pride ourselves on our commitment to our own employees. ClearStar proudly offers a comprehensive set of benefits to promote your health and well-being, including 100% employer-paid health insurance, paid holidays, paid time off, and much more. Our office is empathetic towards all employees and offers as many benefits as possible to ensure our team members are healthy during troubling times.

I started at ClearStar 5 years ago and currently work in the Tech Service department. I love learning and helping others which I am grateful my positions at ClearStar have always allowed me to do. The environment being fun and fast-paced has allowed my knowledge depth to expand as I continue to learn new things every day.
