ClearStar, a leading provider of background check technology and services based in Alpharetta, GA, announced today that David Pattillo, its Chief Financial Officer, has been selected to be the keynote speaker at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) Americas Listing Seminar, an event created to celebrate London as the leading market for international finance.
Pattillo has an accomplished career in leading companies through high growth expansion, both domestically and internationally. In 2014, he led ClearStar through an IPO on AIM after having done the same as CFO for MyCelx Technologies Corporation in 2011.

Pattillo’s speech will open the Americas Listing Seminar on October 1, 2015 at the British Consulate General New York in New York City. Seminar attendees will then have the opportunity to take part in panels such as “Raising Capital in London” and “Recent Trends in Issuance and Investor Interest.” The event will be followed by a networking reception at the Residence of the British Consul-General.
