New partnership delivers full DOT program management solution
ClearStar, a provider of Human Capital IntegritySM technology-based services specializing in background and medical screening, announces its integration with BeaconInsight, a comprehensive workforce management system for employers in regulated industries, to deliver a complete solution for Department of Transportation (“DOT”) driver qualification. The new partnership will give BeaconInsight clients access to ClearStar’s full suite of background and drug screening services, including new Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (“FMCSA”) Clearinghouse records.
BeaconInsight’s platform, insightEnterprise, is designed to address the unique needs of the transportation industry, including a robust candidate tracking system (“ATS”) with driver qualification file (“DQF”) and training and qualification compliance (“TQC”) management. The ClearStar integration will enhance the solution with access to DOT-compliant employment history, motor vehicle records, pre-employment and random drug testing, FMCSA Clearinghouse and PSP records, driver physicals, and more.
