Todd Shoulberg, the President of Medical Information Services (MIS) at ClearStar, will present a session titled “The Drug Testing Grapevine: Top 10 Things You Need To Know” at the conference from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM on September 11, 2023. Shoulberg has spent 16 years with ClearStar and 24 years in the drug testing industry. He has spoken at Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA) and Substance Abuse Program Administrators Association (SAPAA) conferences.
