Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned):

• Provide exceptional customer service to co-workers as well as clients.
• Work closely with the Medical Review Officer.
• Reviewing all faxes.
• Call/Email/Fax collection sites in order to obtain necessary documentation; such as:
  • Notifying a collection site when an affidavit is required.
  • Requesting custody and control forms (CCFs).
  • Obtaining additional information regarding a collection process.
• Working closely with the laboratories to:
  • Obtain documentation or information regarding invalid results.
  • Downgrading a Federal specimen.
  • Obtain necessary information or documentation regarding a re-test.
• Reopening a previously completed drug screen result.
• RX Verification for Non-Negative drug screen results.
• Manually entering drug screen results.
• Processing Shy Bladder tests.
• Reporting Federal and Non-Federal drug screen results to clients.
• Reporting Federal Non-Negative results to the Federal testing Authority/Agency.
• Preparing Medical Review Audits for the Medical Review Officer.
• Answering incoming phone calls from donors and collection sites.
• Any and all other duties relating to the drug screening process or deemed necessary by supervisor.

Education, Experience, Abilities & Physical Demands:

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, is preferred, but not required.

Language Ability:

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Reasoning Ability:

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with issues that may arise with the assistance of co-workers (when needed).

Computer Skills:

• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and live person chat capabilities.

Certificates and Licenses:

• Previous experience in drug screening industry preferred, but not required.
