Responsible for serving as a direct point of contact for customers to provide requested information, training or resolution for reported issues by performing the following duties.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Set-up drug screening accounts with laboratories and computer software
  • Provide exceptional customer service to co-workers as well as clients
  • “Work” raw testing results and certify them for client reporting, via many different methods
  • Perform random selections for clients as needed
  • Any and all other duties relating to the drug screening process or deemed necessary by supervisor

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred, but not required

Abilities, Computer Skills, Licenses & Physical Demands:

Language Ability:

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Math Ability:

  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions and percentages.

Reasoning Ability:

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, live person chat capabilities, order processing systems and database software.

Certificates & Licenses:

  • Previous experience in drug screening industry preferred, but not required.
