Location: This is a hybrid remote position with initially a 60%/40% split between work-from-home and coming into the office in Alpharetta with the option to flex WFH based on business priorities.

Our People Team is seeking a top-notch People Partner to help us sustain our pace, operate efficiently and support our culture and company values.

People Operations: Provide operations support including but not limited to new hire orientation, recruiting, benefits and payroll administration, and work to streamline and increase consistency in existing processes. Work together with the business teams to streamline operational functions and provide operations support to employees. This includes PEO system and payroll administration. 20-25% of the Role.
Provide general employee relations support and acting as a trusted advisor to internal employees in the areas of company policy, benefits, payroll, leaves, workers compensation, 401K, and Insperity. Coordinate and execute HR programming initiatives in the areas of recruitment and selection, onboarding, learning and development, succession planning, performance management, engagement and retention.
Business Partnership: Trusted advisor to manager and employees to help them deliver their best work every day. Execute a full range of People duties: support and facilitate organizational design and development, coaching, and team building that supports change and growth. Provide data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs.
Employee Engagement: Champion to drive and leverage employee engagement initiatives that elevate and sustain high levels of employee involvement.
Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
Culture: Engage and align team with values and culture to drive inclusivity and a growth mindset. Champion and accelerate our efforts to build a best place to work.
