Location: This is a hybrid remote position with initially a 60%/40% split between work-from-home and coming into the office in Alpharetta with the option to flex WFH based on business priorities.

Position Summary: ClearStar is growing and scaling at an extremely rapid pace. Our year-over-year revenues are on pace to grow by more than 50%. Our employee base has more than doubled in the past 12 months. Our People Team is seeking a top-notch People Partner to help us sustain our pace, operate efficiently and support our culture and company values.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth company who is ready to make an immediate impact as the frontline consultant to employees and people managers to create a positive employee experience.

People Operations: Provide operations support including but not limited to new hire orientation, recruiting, benefits and payroll administration, and work to streamline and increase consistency in existing processes. Work together with the business teams to streamline operational functions and provide operations support to employees. This includes PEO system and payroll administration. 20-25% of the Role.

Provide general employee relations support and acting as a trusted advisor to internal employees in the areas of company policy, benefits, payroll, leaves, workers compensation, 401K, and Insperity. Coordinate and execute HR programming initiatives in the areas of recruitment and selection, onboarding, learning and development, succession planning, performance management, engagement and retention.

Business Partnership: Trusted advisor to manager and employees to help them deliver their best work every day. Execute a full range of People duties: support and facilitate organizational design and development, coaching, and team building that supports change and growth. Provide data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs.

Employee Engagement: Champion to drive and leverage employee engagement initiatives that elevate and sustain high levels of employee involvement.

Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.

Qualifications, Compensation & Benefits

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a People Partner or HR Generalist
  • Must have employee relations experience and knowledge base and understanding of all federal and state employment laws
  • Must have experiences with HRIS, Payroll, ATS, and/or related People Business Systems
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities with a sense of urgency and the ability to pivot quickly based on changing needs of the business
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to build strong partnerships
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret and apply appropriate HR laws, guidelines, regulations, and policies
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle issues ethically and with integrity

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HRCI or SHRM certifications desired
  • Payroll Administration Experience
  • A passion for coaching high-performance teams
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, agile environment
