Responsible for completing employment, education and certification verifications along with professional, personal and landlord references.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

  • Validate employer/school information; research and locate source contact information.
  • Complete verifications in a timely manner
  • Interact with client to obtain additional or missing applicant information, release forms, etc.
  • Follow up daily on pending orders
  • Maintain surcharge list that includes all applicable third party verification fees
  • Any and all other duties relating to ClearStar screening process or deemed necessary by supervisor

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, live person chat capabilities, order processing systems and database software
  • Previous experience with internet programs required; previous experience in employment screening industry preferred
