Ceridian’s Connect 2020 advisory summit took HR technology stakeholders and Dayforce software users through two days of product insights on trends and consumer experiences with HCM. A big trend of focus at the event was growth as the company reported a 150% increase in global sales from 2019 to 2020, and an average client size increase of 54%.

Like many in the tech field – not just HCM solutions providers –, Ceridian also addressed its internal focus on data unification and establishing a cohesive employee lifecycle within its platforms, an added benefit being increased efficiency for HR departments. Better use of artificial intelligence and machine learning technology within its Dayforce HCM cloud software platform was touted to provide innovative solutions like instant access to earnings for employees, cleaner UX for its Dayforce HUB, use of predictive intelligence to assist employees in benefits plan selections, calendar integration for recruiting solutions, and employee engagement analysis.

The 2021 Ceridian Summit will be hosted virtually on March 9, 2021. Its focus, naturally, will feature conversations about the challenges all workplaces are facing just one year later.
