ClearStar, Inc., an innovative technology provider for the employment and tenant screening industry, announces today the addition of Lydia Wray to its sales team. Wray joins ClearStar in the role of Director of Technology Sales where she will be responsible for growing ClearStar technology business, as well as marketing and technology enhancement projects.

Wray brings more than eleven years of experience in the background screening industry where she has previously managed business development, marketing, client service, operations, compliance, and technology integration. Most recently, Wray was the Director of Strategic Initiatives for Validity Screening Solutions, and she was previously Director of Business Development for Intraview Verification Solutions.
Wray holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, and a Bachelor of Business Administration, from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and is a member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners.
