Oregon has two laws that regulate laboratory-related issues; however, some components of those laws directly impact how drug testing is conducted. As well, there is an unemployment compensation law in Oregon that contains its own drug testing requirements. Employers are not required to comply unless they wish to deny unemployment compensation claims.
